| In 1999, former retail store Lock, Stock & Barrel partnered with Department 56 for a water tower accessory to be sold, exclusively, in their stores. It is a tailored version of Harley Davidson Water Tower, #5497 (OSV). The production run has been verified at 500 pieces. The reservoir of the tower is white with a decal reading “Lilac City… Rochester, New York, Incorporated 1834.” | ||||||||||||||
