| To date, two separate collections feature designs that honor the Easter Holiday- The Easter Story Series, which is a subseries of The Holy Land and Original Snow Village Easter, which is part of the Original Snow Village. While both collections were introduced at the same time, each is unique in its own right by composition, size and design. | ||||||||||||||

Original Snow Village Easter | ||||||||||||||
| In 2002, Department 56 introduced a subseries to The Original Snow Village that focused on Easter. Snow Village Easter features building and coordinating accessory sets highlighting themes that are synonymous with the traditional means of celebrating the holiday. Themes include attending church, purchasing Easter lilies, dying and hunting for eggs, as well as everyone's favorite- Chocolate Bunnies and visiting the Easter Bunny! | ||||||||||||||
| The collection was retired in 2006 and revived with two new introductions in 2018. The subseries was suspended in 2020 and revived in 2023 with the release of a new set of two offered exclusively through Platinum Key Dealers. | ||||||||||||||
